Congratulations to our December Volunteer of the Month - Viola Castillo!
Viola attended a volunteer orientation in September 2008, and in less than three months she has contributed 108 hours helping out in various ways. She is an enthusiastic worker who can be counted on to perform just about any task she is asked to do. Viola is a cat lover, with two cats of her own. She picked the shelter cat Ozzie to share this honor with her because "he is named after my favorite rock star! Spending the day at the shelter around the animals makes me feel good and gives me a reason to get out of the house."
Please say hello to Viola (and Ozzie) the next time you see them!
