Stray or Found animal?  Call Tri-City Animal Control (Richland, Pasco, Kennewick) at 545-3740, or West Richland Animal Control at 967-3425.  For other areas, see Animal Control page.  By law, BFHS cannot accept stray or found pets.  We can effect the rescue of a truly abandoned animal.  Please call us for advice in such circumstances.
